Lunch Arrangement

  1. Students who bring their own lunch
    • Parents should prepare heat-preserved lunch container (non-friable materials) for students. Students should bring their lunch container with lunch bags with students’ names and class.
    • They should also bring along with their tablemats and utensils for lunch.
    • They should take their utensils back home and clean them every day.
  2. Parents who deliver lunch for students
    • Parent should prepare heat-preserved lunch container (non-friable materials) for students. Parents should bring lunch container with lunch bags with students’ names and class and arrive the school before 12:00noon. After putting the lunch bag on the trolley, parents can leave the school.
    • Students will get the lunch bags at lunch time. Students have to prepare their own tablemats and utensils for lunch.
    • They have to take the lunch bags and utensils back home after school. Parents should not wait outside the school to get the lunch bags.
  1. Students who order lunch through LSG Catering China Limited (Lunch Supplier)
    • Lunch Supplier: LSG Catering China Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of LSG Sky Chefs)
    • LSG Catering China Limited has professional nutritionists to design healthy meals catered for students which is according to ‘Nutritional Guidelines on Lunch for Students’ published by the Department of Health.
    • Lunch Order Form of the following month will be distributed to students on around the 10th of every month. Students need to return Lunch Order Form with fee or payment receipts before the deadline to the class teacher. If you have any enquiries, please contact class teacher or teacher-in-charge (Lunch).
    • The price of each lunch meal is HKD 24 for Primary 1 to 2 students, HKD 24.5 for Primary 3 to 6 students.
    • Students must place a monthly lunch order.
    • Fruits will be given three times per week.
    • If students are sensitive to specific foods or ingredients, please list them on the Lunch Order Form clearly.
    • Student who is unable to redeem the meal due to sick leave or leave of absence for personal reasons, we will cancel such meal order by referring to the record of LSG hotline, parents please call LSG customer hotline 2767 5318 before 9:30am that day for record. The relevant amount will be refunded and shown in the month after next. Cash refund will be arranged for the meal order cancelled in the last month of the academic year.
    • If there is announcement of cancellation of class by the Education Bureau or the school, the affected menu will be postponed to the next school day and the amount will be refunded by in the month after next.
    • Lunch fee can be paid through the below payment methods:
      • Payment at the designated merchant: 7-Eleven / Circle-K / Vanguard / VanGo
        • Please bring along the whole Lunch Order Form and pay by cash at the designated merchant. (The transaction fee charged by the designated merchant is waived.)
        • Get back the payment receipt, write down the school name, student name, class and class number on the receipt and then staple it on the lunch order form.
        • Return them to the class teacher before the deadline on the Lunch Order Form.
      • Payment by PPS (LSG Catering China Limited- Merchant No.9382)
        • Students will receive a “personal PPS payment number” which is printed on the Lunch Order Form. Call “18033”, to provide necessary information according to the instructions by PPS.
        • Write down the 6-digit payment numbers on Lunch Order Form and return to the class teacher before the deadline on the Lunch Order Form.
      • Payment by personal cheque
        • Crossed cheque should be made payable to ‘LSG CATERING CHINA LTD.’.
        • Write down the school name, student name, class and class number on the receipt and then staple it on the Lunch Order Form.
        • Return them to the class teacher before the deadline on the Lunch Order Form.

午膳安排

  1. 學生可自備午膳
    • 請家長為子女準備安全實用的保溫飯壺(不易碎材料)。請以食物袋盛載飯壺、餐具及墊檯布,袋上標明學生姓名和班別。
    • 午膳後之飯壺及餐具由學生放學帶回家徹底清洗。
  1. 家長送午膳到校
    • 請以食物袋盛載飯壺(不易碎材料)、餐具及墊檯布,袋上標明學生姓名和班別。由家長於中午12:00前送午膳到校,把食物袋放在餐車上,然後離開學校。
    • 由校方委派校工將午膳送到課室。學生將於午膳時領取食物袋在校內進食。
    • 午膳後之飯壺及餐具由學生放學帶回家徹底清洗,送午膳之家長請勿在門口等候。
  1. 訂購德國漢莎膳食服務(中國)有限公司(午膳服務供應商)
    • 午膳服務供應商:德國漢莎膳食服務(中國)有限公司 (德國漢莎天廚集團其下全資附屬公司)
    • 德國漢莎膳食服務(中國)有限公司的專業營養師按照衞生署《學生午膳營養指引》編製不同種類的餐單,具有豐富營養價值,學生能攝取足夠的營養。
    • 每月約10號派發訂購表格,學生在指定日期前把訂購表格及費用或繳費收據交回班主任。如有任何查詢,可通知班主任或午膳主任,以便作出適當處理。
    • 每份午膳之售價為港幣24元正(一至二年級)及港幣24.5元(三至六年級)。
    • 學生必須訂購整個月份的午膳。
    • 每星期供應3次水果。
    • 如學生對某種食物或食材敏感,必須於表格內清楚列明。
    • 如學生因病假或事假而未能享用已訂購之午膳,家長請於當天早上九時半前致電德國漢莎膳食服務(中國)有限公司客戶服務熱線2767 5318登記,退還之款項將於隔月餐單總金額中扣除。而最後訂餐月份之退款,將以現金退回予學生。
    • 若遇有颱風或暴雨而教育局或學校宣佈停課,受影響當天的餐單順延一天,所有受影響而取消的午膳費用將會在隔月午膳訂購表格總金額中扣除。
    • 午膳繳付費用方法:
      •  便利店:7-Eleven、Circle-K、華潤萬家、VanGo
        • 帶同整張餐單到以上的便利店以現金繳費。(已豁免港幣3元正交易手續費)
        • 請於繳費收據背後寫上學校名稱、學生姓名、班別及學號。
        • 繳費收據連同餐單釘裝後,在餐單上指定日期前交回給學校班主任。
      • 繳費靈(德國漢莎膳食服務(中國)有限公司-商戶編號 "9382")
        • 每位同學在開學後將會收到 "個人餐單編號",只須致電 "18033", 根據電話錄音指示輸入   所需資料,並於餐單上填上6位數字付款編號交回便可。
        • 請於訂購表格上填寫付款編號,在餐單上指定日期前交回給學校班主任。
      •  個人支票
        • 劃線支票抬頭請寫"LSG CATERING CHINA LTD. "。
        • 請於支票背後寫上學校名稱、學生姓名、班別及學號。
        • 將支票連同餐單釘裝後,在餐單上指定日期前交回給學校班主任。
