Lunch Arrangement (2018-2019)

  1. Students who bring their own lunch
  • Parents should prepare a thermal lunch container (non-breakable materials) for students. Students should bring their lunch container in a lunch bag with the student's name and class. They should also bring tablemats and utensils.
  • Students should take their utensils home and clean them every day.
  • To promote good health, students should not bring high-fat or deep-friend foods from fast food restaurants.
  • Students should bring lunches that are simple and convenient. Do not bring foods that need to be refrigerated (such as sushi), hot soups, congee, cup noodles or cups of drink to the school to avoid spoiling and spill hazards.
  1. Parents who deliver lunch for students
  • Parent should prepare a thermal lunch container (non-breakable materials) for students. Parents should bring the lunch container in a lunch bag with the student's name and class to the school before 12:00 noon. After putting the lunch bag on the trolley provided, parents can leave the school.
  • Students will receive their lunch bags at lunch time. Students have to prepare their own tablemats and utensils for lunch.
  • Students must take their lunch bags and utensils home after school. Parents should not wait outside during lunchtime to collect the lunch bags.
  • To promote good health, parents shouldn't provide high-fat or deep-friend foods from fast food restaurants.
  • It is recommended to prepare lunch for students according to the 'Nutritional Guidelines on Lunch for Students' publish by the Department of Health.
  1. Students who order lunch through Nine to Five Limited (Lunch Supplier)
  • Lunch Supplier: Nine to Five Limited
  • Nine to Five Limited has professional nutritionists to design healthy meals catered for students which is according to ‘Nutritional Guidelines on Lunch for Students’ published by the Department of Health.
  • Lunch Order Form of the following month will be distributed to students on around the 10th of every month. Students need to return Lunch Order Form with fee or payment receipts before the deadline to the class teacher. If you have any enquiries, please contact class teacher or teacher-in-charge (Lunch).
  • The price of each lunch meal is HKD 21.
  • Students must place a monthly lunch order.
  • Fruits will be given three times per week.
  • Student who is unable to redeem the meal due to sick leave or leave of absence for personal reasons, we will cancel such meal order by referring to the record of Nine to Five Limited hotline, parents please call Nine to Five Limited customer hotline 2662 4224 before 10:00 a.m. on that day for record. The relevant amount will be refunded and shown in the month after next. Cash refund will be arranged for the meal order cancelled in the last month of the academic year.
  • If there is announcement of suspension of class by the Education Bureau or the school, the lunch arrangement will be cancelled on that day and the amount will be refunded by in the month after next.
  • Lunch fee can be paid through the below payment methods:
    • Payment at the designated merchant: 7-Eleven
      • Please bring along the whole Lunch Order Form and pay by cash at the designated merchant. (The transaction fee charged by the designated merchant is waived.)
      • Get back the payment receipt, write down the school name, student name, class and class number on the receipt and then staple it on the lunch order form.
      • Return them to the class teacher before the deadline on the Lunch Order Form.
    • Payment by PPS (Nine to Five Limited- Merchant No.9295)
      • Students will receive a “personal PPS payment number” which is printed on the Lunch Order Form. Call “18033”, to provide necessary information according to the instructions by PPS.
      • Write down the 6-digit payment numbers on Lunch Order Form and return to the class teacher before the deadline on the Lunch Order Form.
    • Payment by personal cheque
      • Crossed cheque should be made payable to ‘Nine to Five Limited.’.
      • Write down the school name, student name, class and class number on the receipt and then staple it on the Lunch Order Form.
      • Return them to the class teacher before the deadline on the Lunch Order Form.

 


午膳安排 (2018-2019)

  1. 學生可自備午膳
  • 請家長為子女準備安全實用的保溫飯壺(不易碎材料)。請以食物袋盛載飯壺、餐具及墊檯布,袋上標明學生姓名和班別。
  • 午膳後之飯壺及餐具由學生放學帶回家徹底清洗。
  • 為了學生的飲食健康,請勿購買快餐店的高脂肪或油炸食物。
  • 自備午膳的學生要以簡單、方便為主,不要帶備須冷藏的食物(如壽司)、熱湯類、粥類、杯麵或杯裝飲品回校,以免食物變壞或弄翻。
  1. 家長送午膳到校
  • 請以食物袋盛載飯壺(不易碎材料)、餐具及墊檯布,袋上標明學生姓名和班別。由家長於中午12:00前送午膳到校,把食物袋放在餐車上,然後離開學校。
  • 由校方委派校工將午膳送到課室。學生將於午膳時領取食物袋在校內進食。
  • 午膳後之飯壺及餐具由學生放學帶回家徹底清洗,送午膳之家長請勿在門口等候。
  • 為確保安全,請家長不要送上熱湯或杯裝熱飲,也請不要為學生送冷飲(如汽水)。
  • 為了學生的飲食健康,請勿購買快餐店的高脂肪或油炸食物。
  • 建議參照衞生署出版的「學生午膳營養指引」,為學生預備午膳。
  1. 訂購九至五飲食有限公司(午膳服務供應商)
  • 午膳服務供應商:九至五飲食有限公司
  • 九至五飲食有限公司的專業營養師按照衞生署《學生午膳營養指引》編製不同種類的餐單,具有豐富營養價值,學生能攝取足夠的營養。
  • 每月約10號派發訂購表格,學生在指定日期前把訂購表格及費用或繳費收據交回班主任。如有任何查詢,可通知班主任或午膳主任,以便作出適當處理。
  • 每份午膳餐盒之售價為港幣21元正。
  • 學生必須訂購整個月份的午膳。
  • 每星期供應3次水果。
  • 如學生因病假或事假而未能享用已訂購之午膳,家長請於當天早上十時前致電九至五飲食有限公司客戶服務熱線(2662 4224)登記,退還之款項將於隔月餐單總金額中扣除。而最後訂餐月份之退款,將以現金退回予學生。
  • 若遇有颱風或暴雨而教育局或學校宣佈停課,教育局於早上8時前宣佈學校停課或由學校宣佈停課,九至五飲食有限公司當天不會提供午膳,當天之訂餐費用將會退回給家長。
  • 午膳繳付費用方法:
    • 便利店:7-Eleven
      • 帶同整張訂購表格前往便利店以現金繳費。(已豁免交易手續費)
      • 請於繳費收據背後寫上學校名稱、學生姓名、班別及學號。
      • 繳費收據連同訂購回條釘裝後,在餐單上指定日期前交回給學校班主任。
    • 繳費靈(九至五飲食有限公司-商戶編號 "9295")
      • 每位同學在開學後將會收到 "個人餐單編號",只須致電 "18033", 根據電話錄音指示輸入   所需資料,並於訂購回條上填上6位數字付款編號交回便可。
      • 請於訂購表格上填寫付款編號,在餐單上指定日期前交回給學校班主任。
    •  個人支票
      • 劃線支票抬頭寫上「九至五飲食有限公司」或"Nine to Five Limited"。
      • 請於支票背後寫上學校名稱、學生姓名、班別及學號。
      • 將支票連同訂購回條釘裝後,在餐單上指定日期前交回給學校班主任。
